Smart Cry detector and standby mode
The smart cry detector ensures that when your baby wakes up or starts to cry during the night, the pink noise sounds and/or light turn on. The latter creates a feeling of security for your baby, so that your baby calms down and falls asleep. Moonie's natural sounds and light will play for 30 minutes and then automatically go into standby mode for 3 hours. This activates the smart cry sensor. When the baby wakes up or cries, the last programmed sound/light will come on again for 30 minutes. The standby mode will then activate again for 3 hours. The Moonie module can be conveniently charged with a USB cable (included with your Moonie). You need to charge your Moonie plush for about 3 hours and will last for 8 hours when the light and sound are on.
Pink noise and LED light
Moonie the humming bear & friend uses pink noise. Pink noise reduces the acoustic power of high frequencies, so that ambient sounds can no longer be heard. The different sounds you can choose from are completely natural and not computer generated. eg. Sounds from the rainforest, the Baltic Sea, the heartbeat in mommy's belly, making your baby feel safe and calm. It creates a feeling of security, which optimizes the night's sleep. Moonie the Humming Friend & Bear consist of 5 different LED lights with 7 different colors. The Moonie can therefore perfectly function as a soft night light. When your baby starts to cry, the lights/sound will turn on, helping your baby to calm down and fall asleep. The different lights and sounds can be used together or separately.
Moonie from birth
Moonie plush toys are suitable from birth. They can also help toddlers and preschoolers as a night light in the dark by giving them a safe feeling. The LED light is completely safe and does not heat up. The Moonie can therefore also be used only with the light (without sound) or even without a module as a cuddly bear. If you wish to wash the Moonie, this can easily be done by removing the sound module. Moonie only used safe materials and fabrics. The cuddly toys are made of organic cotton and are fully GOTS certified.
