1. Shipping

From an order with a minimum of 50 we offer free delivery in Belgium and the Netherlands.

  • DPD delivery: 4.95 - We will send your package to the specified delivery address. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
  • DPD Parcelshop collection point near you: 4.50 (your package will remain at the collection point for 7 days - if the package comes back to us, additional shipping costs will be charged).
  • Click&Collect: pick up the package at Hello Archie. Make an appointment via sayhello@helloarchie.com. Our address: Gentse Steenweg 117 no° 13, 9160 Lokeren. We are open continuously from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

For shipping to Germany, France, Luxembourg or another country, please refer to our general terms and conditions.

2. Delivery

DPD always informs you in advance about the day of delivery of your package. Is this day not convenient? No problem, you can still make changes up to 1 hour before delivery. You can have the time and address of delivery changed and:

  • pick up your package at a Pickup parcelshop nearby,
  • have it delivered on another day,
  • have it delivered to a different address or
  • have it deposited at a safe location.

On the day of delivery, you will be informed by e-mail or text message about the 1-hour period in which your package will be delivered. Be sure to check your junk mail inbox as well.

What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

No worries! Your parcel will be delivered to a Pickup parcelshop near you. In this way, you will have your package in your possession quickly and you decide when you pick it up within 7 working days.

My package was delivered damaged, what now?

Send us a photo of the label on the box, the inside of the box and the damaged contents at the latest within 3 days of delivery to sayhello@helloarchie.com. We need this to start a claim. We do everything we can to provide a solution as soon as possible.

3. Pay

You can pay easily, quickly and securely via:

  • Bancontact
  • iDEAL (only for the Netherlands)
  • With credit card (VISA/Mastercard)
  • Sofort banking

4. Returns

If you buy goods from us, you have the option of returning the product for 14 days. You pay the amount for returning the goods yourself. We will refund the purchase price of the goods within 14 days of receiving your order back. You can also always opt to receive a voucher for the value of the purchase amount, which you can use with your next purchase.

The shipping cost for returning the purchased goods for parcels that fit within the standard dimensions of DPD is 4 euros per label. This amount of 4 euros is at your expense as a consumer and will be deducted when the return is refunded.

If the product does not fit within the standard dimensions of DPD, we will contact you to indicate the cost price for returning the goods.

If you return goods, this must always be done with the original packaging, with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and product packaging, taking into account our return instructions. Products specially ordered or custom-made on your request, and products such as pacifiers, feeding bottles, breast pumps, wet wipes and other care products can only be returned for hygienic reasons with intact unopened packaging. Worn, soiled, smoked, washed, damaged or repaired goods can never be returned.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal quickly and correctly, we always ask to fill in the online "return Hello Archie" form correctly, that can be requested via returns@helloarchie.com. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email as soon as we have processed the return request.
You can return your package via a DPD pick-up point after you have received a label from us or you can bring the goods you wish to return to Hello Archie yourself.

How do you proceed:

  1. Request your return via returns@helloarchie.com
  2. You will receive an online "return Hello Archie" form no later than the next working day, with the request to fill in all information regarding the return as correctly and completely as possible.
  3. After we have received all the information via the document, you will receive a link from us to create your return label.
  4. Print the label, stick it on the box and return the product unused in the original packaging stating your name and order number (example #985678) via a DPD Pick-up Parcelshop.
  5. Upon receipt, we will send you a gift card for the value of the product or we will arrange a refund.
