Salt & Stone was founded by Nima Jalali. During his career as a professional snowboarder, Nima struggled with a series of injuries and discovered that a natural lifestyle optimized his recovery and performance. His personal demand for products (such as chemical-free aluminum-free deodorants) that matched his natural lifestyle is the source of the foundation of the Salt & Stone brand.
