Fold the top corner of the muslin cloth down a little, to about the middle of the blanket. Lay your baby on their back in the middle of the muslin cloth, with their arms along their body. The head should be just above the top fold line, and the shoulders just below the muslin cloth. Take one side of the cloth and fold it over your baby’s shoulders to the other side, tucking the cloth under your little one on the other side. Take the bottom corner and fold it firmly upward. Take the last corner and fold it firmly under your baby as well. You have just created your own swaddle sleep sack! Variations on this technique are certainly possible.
